In today’s online shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policy for our customers. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

What You Need to Know

Shipping costs are no fun for anyone.  We aim to keep our packaging simple and effective to ensure anything you purchase arrives quickly, and in perfect condition. 

 

We minimize the use of cardboard, foam, packing peanuts, and bubble wrap (even though we too enjoy popping the bubbles).

We are a small company, and typically ship next day.  If an order is received early in the day, it will likely ship same day. 

 

We try to offer the most economical shipping options with quality shipping companies.  We want you to receive your goods as quickly and as effortlessly as possible.

RETURNS

The Small Print

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with no visible signs of use or wear. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues.  Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranties for specific products can be found on the product information page for each product.  If you make a purchase and the product does not meet your expectations, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.  I use the products we sell each and every day, and I am always looking for improvements or problems.  When we select manufacturers we select manufacturers who commit to working with us to make continual improvements based on our experience, feedback from customers, and other sources.   We want to earn your trust, your business, and your confidence.
